In this role, you'll engage with prospective students, assist them in selecting the right course, guide them through the enrolment process, and provide ongoing support.

This new learning is used by our students to support improvements in aged care and disability service delivery.
In this role, you will:
Join a specialised team committed to guiding students through course selection, enrolment, and the commencement process.
Complete necessary documentation for enrolment.
Collaborate and report to internal stakeholders to provide updates on enrolment progress.
Promote the "Warner Institute Earn as You Learn" program.
Contribute to system improvements within a supportive team environment.
What you'll bring?
Our ideal candidate will satisfy these key selection criteria:
A positive, can-do attitude.
An organised and methodical approach to work that ensures deadlines are met.
Proficiency in systems and software applications, including advanced computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel). Knowledge of VETrak would be an advantage.
Well developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to manage communications with empathy while adhering to processes.
Strong attention to detail.
