About the Role:
Join a prominent cluster within the NSW State Government in this Facilities Manager role. The client oversees an internationally renowned site in the heart of Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of capital works projects.
- Manage Hard service FM across Fire, Electrical, HVAC.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage base building issues, ensuring efficient responses.
- Ensure facilities comply with government regulations and uphold environmental, health, and security standards.
Requirements:
- Previous Facilities Management experience in Commercial Office, Retail, or Industrial assets.
- Proven track record in delivering capital works projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
