About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a detail-oriented Workers Compensation Administrator to join our client's team in the Adelaide Metro Area. This role will focus on administrative tasks related to injury management, system updates, and document handling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and paying invoices using SAP, and creating/extending purchase orders

Managing and uploading documentation within SIMS, including medical certificates and cost records

Coordinating Live Line Medicals, including flagging amber cases, communicating with leaders, and updating SuccessFactors

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in administration or workers compensation support

Strong working knowledge of SAP and document management systems (e.g., SIMS)

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple mailboxes

Familiarity with RTW platforms and HR systems such as SuccessFactors is desirable
