About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer in their Risk and WHS team. Reporting to the Manager of Risk and WHS, this role is a temporary position for 6 months. Working full time hours, Monday – Friday, this role is paying $45 - $50/hr (casual) + Super. This role does offer some flexible working arrangements once the successful candidate has been sufficiently onboarded.
Day to day duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Following up customer reports
- Liaising with the insurance scheme to understand issues relating to insuring special projects/assets
- Liaising with internal business managers to provide feedback obtained from the scheme
- Updating the client’s registers of assets that are covered by insurance
- Setting and sending out meeting invitations for Risk and WHS committee meetings
- Taking minutes for these meetings
- Circulating agendas and previous meeting minutes
- Setting new users up in the system
- Updating information on intranet, related to insurance, risk and WHS
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in minute taking
- Experience in safety, quality or insurance settings (preferred)
- Current national police clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in the use of WHS and Risk systems
- Demonstrated experience of Risk Management principles
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
