About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to use your clinical skills as an Enrolled Nurse while also providing direct support to participants in their homes and communities. You’ll work collaboratively in a self-managed team environment, under the delegation of our Nursing Lead (Registered Nurse), delivering person-centred care that truly changes lives.

Your week might include:

Administering medications and wound care under RN supervision

Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and social support

Supporting clients with complex needs in both aged care and disability settings

Collaborating with participants and their families to deliver tailored support

Mentoring support workers and contributing to a values-driven care team

What You’ll Bring

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (with medication endorsement)

A passion for holistic, person-centred care

Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster (including weekends and sleepovers as needed)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications

Required Compliance Items:

National Criminal History Check,

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Orientation Modules

Drivers License.
