Senior Product Designer with experience in Vibe coding to play a key role in designing, building, and launching a groundbreaking cross-platform enterprise SaaS platform set to transform the building and construction industry.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with our Head of Product (an experienced Head of Design) and a talented team of engineers to create seamless, cross-platform experiences for our enterprise SaaS products. This is an opportunity to work on a greenfield project that will drive real industry change.

We are seeking a designer who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about creating intuitive, evidence-based user experiences that address real-world challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

Rapidly understand complex user and business requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.

Sketch, prototype, and communicate ideas clearly and efficiently at speed (Hours, days or weeks, not months).

Work with Figma Design Systems and AI-powered development tools (eg: Lovable, Cursor, Claude) for interactive cross-platform prototyping and testing.

Design and present end-to-end user journeys and flows.

Take end-to-end ownership of the design by creating PRD's, design & production artifacts, user stories, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, testing documents and drive the feature to completion with engineering and QA.

Work with developers throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements, technical R&D, design handover, to live deployment and testing.

Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Apply first-principles thinking and focus on critical path design over aesthetics.

Work both independently and collaboratively, striking a balance between ownership and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

High frequency of context switching — Early-stage startup, you need to wear many hats and navigate ambiguity.

Strong background in designing complex, cross-platform cloud enterprise SaaS experiences for desktop and mobile.

A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and openness to constructive feedback and new approaches to modern digital design.

Willingness to work from our Artarmon, NSW office.

A practical, solutions-focused approach—comfortable with testing ideas, raising concerns, and refining designs collaboratively.

Bonus: Familiarity with the software engineering technical fundamentals and design patterns in the AI space.
