TWW Kawana Waters is looking for an energetic Sales Assistant/ Workwear Consultant to join the team who has experience in a retail clothing environment (workwear apparel an advantage). A Sales Assistant at TWW must display exceptional customer service skills, can multi task at times in a fast paced work place, eye for detail preparing customers orders, and a fast learner that communicates well with customers & in a team group. This is a Full time position - Monday to Friday with the occasional half day Saturday.

The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. They must be task orientated and have exceptional time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent service & shop experience for all customers, have a passion for customer service & sales.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and accounts

Demonstrate excellence in product knowledge

Adhere to business polices and procedures.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in sales particularly in a retail environment (workwear / clothing & PPE safety desirable )

Experience using a windows based POS system / relevant office tools

The ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

Honest and reliable and positive attitude.
