Our client, a large and well-recognised organisation, is undertaking a major internal transformation project to migrate its intranet platform to SharePoint. They are seeking a Senior SharePoint Intranet Specialist to lead this work and support a broad internal network of content owners and editors during this transition. This is a hands-on contract role through to December 2025, ideally suited to someone experienced in intranet migrations, content governance and SharePoint design – with the ability to work confidently across business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the migration of intranet content from to SharePoint
• Support internal content editors and business units to structure, layout and optimise SharePoint pages
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, including coordination and stakeholder comms
• Provide best practice guidance on intranet usability, content consistency and branding
• Contribute to the development of workflow processes (Power Automate experience desirable)
• Collaborate with the broader digital content and platform team to support a smooth go-live in early 2026

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in SharePoint intranet management, including migration projects
• Strong stakeholder management and training capability
• Solid understanding of content design, layout and governance within an internal communications setting
• Experience coordinating digital projects and workshops in large, complex organisations
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 tools highly regarded
• A background in digital, marketing or Marketing is ideal – this is not a developer or infrastructure role
