The Role:
- Lead and support all staff, ensuring brand standards, compliance, and company reputation are upheld
- Manage HR matters across employees, contractors, and directors, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance, and leave
- Oversee the end-to-end contract exchange process, including auction preparation, solicitor communication, deposit handling, and sales announcements
- Ensure compliance across listings through regular checks of property documentation, agency agreements, pricing revisions, and internal audits
- Approve all marketing, branded content, and stationery to maintain brand consistency across digital and print
- Supervise and support the Office Manager and Marketing Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage CPD training schedules and license records for all agents, maintaining regulatory compliance
- Act as the key liaison for external suppliers and contractors, and ensure IT systems run efficiently
What You’ll Need:
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced real estate, property, or operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to upholding brand standards
- Certificate of Registration (Real Estate), valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
