We’re looking for a Continence Product Specialist who is passionate about aged care and improving quality of life. You’ll be the go-to clinical advisor, educator, and product champion across our partner facilities.

What You'll Do:

Building and managing strong, long-term relationships with aged care clients and facilities

Working closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure the highest quality service delivery

Identifying growth opportunities and working with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs

Provide expert guidance and support on the use of continence care products

Deliver on-site training and education to care staff and facility teams

Conduct product trials, evaluations, and reporting in aged care environments

Act as a liaison between clinical teams and the YES Group service team

Stay up to date with industry standards, best practices, and innovations

Your Experience:

Background in nursing, continence advisory, allied health, or aged care clinical support

Strong product knowledge in continence aids and care strategies

Confident educator — able to speak with everyone from care staff to facility leaders

Great communicator, self-motivated, and solutions-focused

Willing to travel regionally as needed
