About us:

GOC Care is an experienced Community Service Provider that has been caring for the community for over 40 years. We provide community-based responses for people within the Brisbane Metropolitan, Brisbane North & South and Gold Coast Regions.

The role:

Full time role Monday to Friday (Staggered starts 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm)

Working as part of GOC Care's program delivery team, you will have the ability to hit the ground running working closely with key stakeholders to provide individualised, confidential and responsive scheduling services. You will be supporting clients to live valued, quality lives and to maintain their independence living at home.

Previous scheduling or customer service experience is preferable in the Community/Aged Care/Disability Services Industries.

Role essentials:

Minimum 2 years scheduling experience

Thorough understanding of the SCHADS award

Experience with NDIS and Aged Care Scheduling an advantage

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, experience with Alayacare rostering system highly regarded

Ability to undertake detailed work and maintain information systems accurately

Accuracy and attention to detail

Adaptability to quickly adjust to unexpected changes in staffing due to last-minute employee absences, covering for co-workers, or altering client needs or requests on short notice.

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Exceptional verbal, phone, and written communication skills

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards beneficial

Good understanding of suburbs of the Brisbane & Gold Coast desirable

Current National Police Check
