We’re partnering with a growing Tier 2 mechanical contractor that has quietly delivered outstanding projects for 20+ years. Now, they’re expanding fast—and looking for a senior mechanical services modeller ready to make a real impact.
You'll join a design team that delivers high-end HVAC solutions for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, data centres, and more. Think real coordination, smart BIM, modular solutions—and your fingerprints on the design.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking the lead on drafting and modelling across landmark projects in health, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Producing Revit and CAD-based shop drawings for prefabrication, manufacturing, and installation.
• Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and construction teams from early concept to final install.
• Mentoring juniors and sharing your deep industry knowledge.
• Innovating with tools like Revit, Navisworks, CADmep, and Trimble RTS (we’ll train you where needed or lead the company tech development)
• Driving efficient documentation and ensuring BIM processes are on point.
• Collaborating with an in-house team of engineers, drafters, and design managers.

What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Skills:

• At least 4+ solid years of HVAC drafting, coordination and/or design experience.
• Deep understanding of building services and mechanical systems.
• Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination (CADmep/Trimble a bonus).
• Ability to produce fabrication-ready drawings and document control familiarity.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, and high-rise residential sectors.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers, builders, and site teams.

• Passionate about quality, detail, and practical design.
• Hands-on, but open to mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Happy to be in the office (5 days a week) and work closely with your team.
