Our client, an environmentally friendly technology company focusing on the manufacturing and research of graphene enhanced energy saving products and solutions, are seeking a Senior HVACR Technician to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on challenge and innovation and is eager to contribute to the development and roll-out of cutting-edge coating technologies.

The role:
As a Senior HVACR Technician, you will drive the implementation, support, and optimisation of a revolutionary thermal system. Your responsibilities may include:

• Internal and external (customer support) training
• Product performance optimisation
• Local or internationally based (where required) customer projects and
• Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) application

• Participate and lead all safety training, compliance, and installation as required for the company and its customers
• Compile and lead-safe method statements/risk assessments
• Manage the application process for HVACR equipment for:
• Carry out troubleshooting for HVACR equipment and/or projects
• Support sales, marketing and order delivery activities
• Manage on-site contractors were required
• Conduct product research, development and quality control activities
• Update sales and technical systems
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the product manufacturer (coating blender)

Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory licenses:
• Hands-on experience in technical supervision, training, and contractor management
• Willingness and ability to travel interstate or internationally
• A strong communicator with proven interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
