The Role

As a Senior Mining Professional - Customer Success, you'll build trusted partnerships with clients, drive data-informed improvements, and champion the adoption of RaptorOS to enhance mining operations. This Perth-based role involves frequent travel to mining sites, where you'll lead on-the-ground support in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with supervisors and senior site leaders through regular engagement, feedback collection, and long-term partnership development.

Lead data-driven conversations to analyse trends, facilitate improvement plans, and track ROI for enhanced productivity.

Deliver targeted training and lead operational change by designing programs, managing adoption, and evaluating effectiveness.

Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues, oversee troubleshooting, and document solutions.

Champion technology adoption by promoting features, creating roadmaps, and monitoring metrics to drive safety and efficiency gains.

What We're Looking For

Mining engineering degree or similar qualification.

5+ years of professional experience in mining operations (open-pit or underground).

Deep knowledge of mining ops, operational KPIs, and technology integration.

Proficiency in data analysis, change management, and operational tools.

Excellent communication, credibility across levels, and a proactive mindset.

Willingness to travel frequently to remote mining sites.

Eligibility to work in Australia; experience in mining tech deployment or consulting is a bonus.
