Location: Brisbane, Gold Coast

As our Booking Coordinator, you'll:

Efficiently manage bookings for our studios.

Effectively manage client calls to book appointments for both new and returning clients.

Convert enquiries into bookings and contribute to sales targets.

Oversee the smooth operation of our multiple booking systems and respond promptly to social media booking requests.

On occasion, you'll step into the Studio Manager role to casually cover, where you'll:

Support operational oversight, ensuring the studio remains clean, safe, and welcoming.

Assist with monitoring inventory and essential supplies.

Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and staff availability.

Deliver exceptional client experiences and address queries.

Support the team and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a similar booking or client-facing role with strong sales skills and a drive to achieve targets.

Exceptional phone communication and a knack for building rapport.

The ability to think quickly, work independently, and contribute positively to a team.

A genuine interest in the tattoo industry.

A desire to grow into a leadership position and the confidence to occasionally step into a managerial capacity.
