Position overview
The Library User Services Officer contributes to service provision in scholarly information services by maintaining effective library operations and participating in client service delivery. The position is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and training staff in processes associated with the client services functions. The position also provides reference and information literacy services and coordinates building related matters in close collaboration with the building custodian.
