We’re looking for a highly capable and switched-on Corporate Services Officer to join a small, collaborative team supporting a busy executive and operations group. This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a broad support role and takes genuine pride in their work.
Working across key areas including administration, HR, finance, communications, quality assurance (ISO 9001) and minor project support, you’ll play an important role in keeping the organisation running smoothly.
You’ll need to be a confident communicator, comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with internal stakeholders, drafting clear written communications, and supporting internal systems and documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing general office administration, supplies, and systems
- Coordinating staff travel and accommodation, maintaining travel and asset registers
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding/offboarding and systems access
- Contributing to the maintenance of ISO 9001 quality system documents (flowcharts, templates, forms)
- Participating in quality audits and ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date
- Processing monthly credit card reconciliations and assisting with finance admin tasks
- Drafting basic internal and external comms – not just pasting into AI tools!
- Liaising with suppliers (editors, printers, travel providers) as needed
- Assisting with project coordination and supporting the executive with ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Broad administrative experience across multiple business functions (minimum 3 years)
- Confident communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to draft thoughtful content
- Experience working in private sector or commercially minded environments (not government)
- Ability to manage varied and competing priorities with professionalism and care
- Strong tech capability – MS Office Suite essential, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive and resourceful – someone who sees what needs doing and gets stuck in
- Interest in quality systems and process improvement (experience with ISO 9001 is a bonus)

Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
