The role
We are seeking an Administrative Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis in our Port Lincoln Office and as part of our Tugs team.
They will perform compliance-based accounting tasks including:
Bookkeeping including day to day data processing including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable for Tug clients
High-End Administration including Trust Deeds, ABN/TFN applications, admissions and Retirements of Partners
Liaising with clients either via phone or email
Preparation of monthly distribution schedule and end of month payment advice.
Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service to our clients.
Qualifications:
Qualification OR Experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).
Proven ability in using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Willingness to learn
Fluent English both written & verbal
