Musturf is a growing, hands-on turf supply and installation company delivering premium turf solutions across residential and commercial projects. As we expand our commercial footprint, we’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated all-rounder to manage commercial turf projects from start to finish — including quoting, planning, and being on-site leading the install.

The Role:
This is a hybrid Project Manager / Site Foreman role, ideal for someone who’s just as comfortable behind the wheel of a ute as they are managing quotes and schedules. You'll attend site meetings, measure and quote jobs, organise teams and materials, and physically lead installations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend commercial sites to assess and quote turf projects

Liaise with builders, councils, and contractors

Plan project timelines, schedule deliveries, and manage resources

Be on-site during installations to supervise and work hands-on

Lead turf prep and laying crews to ensure quality workmanship

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety compliance

Track project progress and keep communication clear with all stakeholders

About You:

Experience in turf, landscaping, or construction (3+ years preferred)

Strong site management and leadership skills

Comfortable quoting, measuring, and using basic digital tools

Physically fit and capable of working on the tools when required

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver’s licence (MR or machinery tickets a bonus)

Can manage multiple jobs without dropping the ball
