Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing organisational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to improve operational effectiveness across our technology service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyse current organisational structures, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement

● Design and implement new systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

● Conduct time and motion studies to optimise resource allocation

● Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management review

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of organisational changes

● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

● Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

● Support change management initiatives across the organisation

● Assist in the development of key performance indicators and measurement frameworks

● Champion and facilitate the human element of transitions throughout the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new methods and processes.

● Contribute to the creation of performance metrics and assessment frameworks, establishing clear benchmarks for success and ongoing measurement of efficiency gains.

Essential Requirements

● Minimum 1+ years of experience in organisational analysis, process improvement, or related field

● Bachelor's degree in a related field.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

● Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis

● Understanding of organisational behaviour and change management principles

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
