As our HVAC & Air Conditioning Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4 technicians and 3 apprentices, and bring your own team and clients to help us scale and meet our goals in this thriving industry.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $140K – $200K, based on experience

Superannuation: Paid in addition to base salary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the HVAC & air conditioning service division, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service

Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices in air conditioning and HVAC services

Bring your own clients in the HVAC and air conditioning sectors and help expand the service division

Work closely with the senior leadership team to align with our 5-year vision

Ensure KPIs and performance goals are consistently met

Develop strategies to increase the division's profitability and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in the HVAC & air conditioning industry

Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team

Must bring your own clients and help grow the division

Strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing business

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
