About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team at Ando's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in Coolum Beach, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

Performing routine maintenance and servicing on air conditioning units

Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with air conditioning systems

Repairing and replacing faulty components

Installing new air conditioning systems

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice to clients

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 2 years' experience as an air conditioning technician, preferably in the commercial and/or residential sector

Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively

A focus on safety and a commitment to working in accordance with relevant regulations

A reliable, organised and professional approach to your work

A valid driver's licence
