Are you a seasoned civil engineer ready to step into something bigger?
We’re partnering with a respected, privately owned engineering consultancy in Brisbane – known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and diverse project portfolio – to find a pivotal addition to their leadership team. This is a career-defining role for an experienced Civil Engineer to co-lead a high-performing civil team of 35 and influence the direction of some of Queensland’s most engaging urban and infrastructure projects. Whether your passion lies in urban development, complex infill sites, or infrastructure upgrades – this role offers autonomy, influence, and the chance to genuinely leave your mark.
You’ll work closely with a highly regarded Director who is seeking a trusted 2IC – someone ready to take the reins, lead project teams, and contribute to strategy and growth. And if urban is your thing? You’ll have the space and support to make it your own.

You might be:

• A Senior or Principal Civil Engineer ready to step into a leadership role
• Currently leading projects but looking for more strategic involvement and autonomy
• Someone with a strong track record in urban, infrastructure, or land development
• RPEQ or working toward it – or equivalent leadership credentials
