We are a family owned South Australian business that has been operating as a footwear retailer in Adelaide for over 40 years. We have a reputation for excellent service and great products. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic team.
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager who’s not only obsessed with growth but is also a savvy leader. You will be responsible for brand strategy development and overseeing all marketing functions for not one but two world-class footwear brands. We believe that a strong creative flair and efficient team management allows for the development of innovative ideas, compelling storytelling, and visually appealing marketing materials.
The right candidate will:
Provide leadership and direction to a high-performing team of three (3), driving digital content, social media, and e-commerce growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to enhance market positioning, increase customer engagement, and maximise revenue.
Set the benchmarks, track ROI, and manage the marketing budget, both digital and physical marketing presence.
Oversee the end-to-end management of Meta and Google AdWords campaigns, including budget allocation and optimising performance to achieve conversion and ROI targets.
Lead the social media strategy and community engagement, leveraging data-driven insights to grow brand presence across Instagram and Facebook.
Drive customer retention and sales growth through targeted Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and seasonal promotions.
Direct the creation of high-impact multi-media content, ensuring brand consistency across digital ads, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Manage Shopify operations, integrating marketing initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and conversion rates.
Spearhead creative direction for photoshoots, brand events, and content production, elevating brand storytelling and customer engagement.
Liaise with retail stores and Centre Managements to facilitate and implement Marketing campaigns.
The successful applicant must have:
Full Australian Working rights.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing specifically within the eCommerce industry.
A passion for data, strategy, creative and all things eCommerce.
Excellent knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, GA and eCommerce best practices.
A track record of managing budgets, forecasts & KPIs.
Creative mindset, and experience with design software, ie. Canva, Photoshop etc.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful eCommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
A get-it-done attitude with a side of team spirit.
