About this position...

This is a part-time role (3 days per week, 8am–4pm), with the flexibility to choose your working days.

The position sits within a driven and capable marketing team, alongside our Digital Marketing + AI Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and Digital Content Coordinator. With a Marketing Director and Marketing Operations Coordinator joining soon, we’re building serious momentum, and we’re looking for a talented designer to help bring our brand to life. We're looking for a visual storyteller, someone who’s excited to work across a variety of projects and platforms, and who thrives on turning ideas into bold, on-brand assets.

Just some of what you’ll be creating and delivering...

Design engaging content across print, digital, social, email and web.

Collaborate with the marketing, and sales teams to turn ideas into compelling visuals.

Own the brand style guide and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Create assets for campaigns, events, advertising, product launches, and more.

Prepare print-ready files and liaise with external suppliers when needed.

Prioritise multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.

Skills + experience to be successful in this position...

Demonstrated success as a Graphic Designer, working in both traditional and digital media.

Ability to think outside the box and manage multiple projects with ease.

Comfortable with a variety of softwares (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, and CRM's).

Solid communication with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Full Australian work rights & the ability to work in the office.
