Paramount Packaging is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in a family run business based in St Kilda, VIC. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities

Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales support to new and existing clients

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing, and industry trends

Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotes for potential clients

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the packaging or related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Able to negotiate and problem-solve abilities to handle customer queries and concerns effectively

Proficient in using CRM software

Adaptable and resilient, with the drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations

A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently
