About the role

Beulah Matumbi Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified Educator to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the individual needs, interests and developmental stages of each child

Observe, document and assess children's learning and development to inform future planning

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to care and education

Maintain a safe, clean and engaging learning environment that complies with all regulatory requirements

Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

Work as part of a dedicated team to contribute to the overall success of the service

What we're looking for

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Educator in a long day care or preschool setting

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificates
