About the Client

What You Will Be Doing

Working on a Monday to Friday role in Brisbane CBD, you will play a key role in the maintenance planning of mobile equipment. Working closely with site supervisors, operations and planning teams, you’ll be responsible for coordinating detailed maintenance schedules to support optimal equipment performance and availability.

Key duties include:

Creating and managing notifications and work orders for mobile equipment

Delivering accurate and effective work packages aligned with the rolling 12-week plan

Building detailed machine-specific outage plans using Gantt charts

Coordinating with vendors and parts supply in line with schedules

Leading planning review meetings

Collaborating with operations and mine planning teams to minimise impact on production

Developing standardised work packages and SAP task lists

What You Will Need

Strong systems and process focus – ideally with SAP and 1SAP knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes

High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office; Spotfire or Business Objects experience is a plus
