Mader Group is looking for experienced Drill Fitters and Mobile Plant Fitters to join our elite FIFO crew across NSW’s hard rock mining sector. Whether you're working the surface or heading underground, if you’ve got the skills and thrive in remote FIFO conditions – we want you on the tools.

From loaders to drills, we’ve got the machines. You bring the know-how.

🔧 What We’re Looking For

Experience in hard rock surface or underground mining with drills (Sandvik, Epiroc, Atlas Copco) and mobile plant (CAT, Normet, Sandvik).

Confident in breakdowns, diagnostics, component repairs, and field service

Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent trade

Self-starters who can work solo or in a team, make decisions, and get the job done safely
