• 12hr Days = 96 hours per swing
• $65 to $85 per hour (depending on experience)
• Temp role (4–6 months) with a strong possibility of going permanent

Ready to take your career to the next level with a high-impact planning role in the mining sector? We’re looking for a Mobile Maintenance Planner to join a tight-knit, safety-focused team at Tritton Copper Operations – a long-life underground mine in central west NSW.

🔧 THE ROLE
This is your chance to own the maintenance planning process on site and play a key role in keeping mobile plant and equipment operating at peak performance. You’ll be the go-to person for all things planning and scheduling, supporting production while ensuring work is delivered safely and on time.

🔧 KEY DUTIES

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules across all mobile assets
• Align plans with production teams for seamless execution
• Raise work orders, track progress, manage backlogs & compliance
• Liaise with vendors and site teams for parts, procurement & cost tracking
• Monitor condition reports and assist in shutdown planning
• Generate reports and ensure proper closeout of work
• Must have experience with Pronto software

• Strong planning/scheduling experience in the mobile plant environment
• Proven experience using Pronto
• A demonstrated commitment to safety-first culture
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
