About You
The ideal candidate will be an organised, efficient, and detail-oriented Pastry Chef with a true passion for baking. You'll bring:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Cake Baker or Pastry Chef.
Confidence in batch baking for new purchase orders and production runs.
Comfort and experience working in a commercial baking kitchen with associated equipment.
A strong working knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and HACCP principles.
Certification in baking or pastry.
