The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the coordination, planning, and delivery of structural works on large-scale infrastructure projects. You’ll apply your technical expertise, leadership, and commercial insight to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, procurement, technical coordination, and delivery

Oversee construction methodology and ensure compliance with structural standards

Lead site teams and mentor junior engineers and project staff

Engage with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Drive commercial outcomes, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure quality and safety

About You

8+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer in civil or structural infrastructure

Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects

Sound knowledge of construction practices, specifications, and codes

Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and hands-on approach to delivery
