About the role:

SITE LOCATION: MARULAN

Facilitate efficient and successful supervision of all aspects of the restaurant, including efficient rostering, understanding waste impact, stock control, ordering, managing budgets, and completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting through cost control methods.

The successful applicant will ensure the kitchen and restaurant operation complies with all OHS/HSSE/Food and health requirements and passing all related inspections.

Leading your team to deliver high service experience across the Restaurant & Store.

Exceptionally well time managed, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency.

Passionate about delivering superior customer service

Building and maintaining relationships with staff and management

Following company standards and direction

Training and support to all new team members

Compliance with food handling laws

This role will suit candidates who come with:

Management experience in Pub, Club, Large Hotel/Bistro or busy Café environment

Commitment to achieving sales targets and customer service

Flexibility to work weekends, AM/PM shifts when required

Willingness to undertake hands-on varied and operational work.

Demonstrated experience leading a team & championing Customer Service

Effective communication skills with team members, management and suppliers.

Flare, enthusiasm and passion for food presentation and portion control.

Have previous experience preparing rosters and achieving labour costs.

Be proficient food safety standards.

Be able to follow menu preparation in line with company procedure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys varied responsibilities working with teams size of up to 15 per shift.
