✅ What You’ll Do:

Facilitate conversations with individuals to understand how they’re feeling and what’s causing their stress or worries

Support individuals using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach

Assist individuals to access relevant and necessary services and supports

Record and report on program progress

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Minimum Diploma of Mental Health or Equivalent

🪪 Current C-Class drivers licence & Blue Card

🏥 First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)

✅ Experience working in mental health or community services

🗣 Strong communication and teamwork

🗂 Organised and confident with reporting and planning
