Your role will include:

Servicing, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances (ovens, fryers, combi ovens, grills, steamers, etc.)

Troubleshooting and diagnosing gas equipment faults

Performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards

Providing excellent customer service to our commercial clients

Maintaining accurate job records and reporting

What we’re looking for:

CURRENT ELECTRICAL LICENCE (Minimum requirement Disconnect/Re-Connect Licence)

Experience with commercial kitchen appliances (preferred)

Familiarity with Rational, Hobart, and more brand equipment (a plus)

Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Valid Police Check or ability to gain

A commitment to attendance and a positive attitude towards WH&S
