About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly experienced pool technician who takes pride in delivering top-tier service. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools in luxury residential homes and premium commercial properties, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and sanitation systems for high-end residential and commercial clients.

Conduct detailed pool inspections, water testing, and chemical treatments to ensure optimal performance and water clarity.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components such as motors, pumps, and valves.

Provide expert advice to clients on pool care, equipment maintenance, and chemical applications.

Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets premium service expectations.

Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally, maintaining a clean driving history.

Extensive experience in pool servicing, maintenance, and water chemistry.

Proven ability to work with luxury residential and commercial clients, delivering a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage a service schedule, and maintain a high standard of work.

A clean driving history and a valid driver’s license.

Computer literacy for job tracking and reporting.

Desirable Qualifications

Certificate IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service.

Experience in the high-end service industry.
