Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling role in a supportive and well-established general practice? Berri Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time RN to join our friendly, multi-disciplinary team to help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our local community.

Located in the heart of the Riverland, Berri Medical Clinic is a busy, accredited general practice with a strong focus on community health and chronic disease management. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive, coordinate care to improve the lives of our patients.

About the Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering both clinical and administrative support. You’ll work closely with our GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of services, including;

Clinical Duties

· Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, venipuncture

· Assisting with minor procedures

· Chronic disease management, GPMPs and TCAs

· Patient triage and health assessments

· Medication administration and emergency preparedness

· Ear syringing, audiometry, Holter/ BP monitoring, pregnancy testing

Administrative & Management Duties

· Infection control and sterilization (in line with RACGP guidelines)

· Vaccine fridge and stock management

· Support accreditation and quality improvement processes

· Coordination with reception and hospital services

· Use of clinical tools such as PenCAT and Topbar

What We’re Looking For

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

· Previous experience in a general practice setting (preferred)

· Competence in chronic disease management and care planning

· Knowledge of RACGP infection control and sterilization protocols

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach to patient care
