About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care across a variety of health service settings. At the RN1 level, you will consolidate your knowledge and skills, gaining valuable experience to enhance your capability through ongoing professional development. You will provide person-centred care, ensuring best practice standards are upheld and maintaining accountability for your own clinical decisions and any activities delegated to others.
We are currently seeking staff to work at the following SAMI Country sites:
- Murray Bridge Soldier's Memorial Hospital,
- Riverland General Hospital,
- Port Pirie Hospital
About You
You are a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing safe, person-centred care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively ensures the highest standards of patient support.
Registered (or eligible) as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate
Approved qualification in medicine administration as part of your program of study
Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing clinical needs
Sound knowledge of nursing standards, relevant legislation, and quality improvement processes in a healthcare setting
