An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team!

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Administration Assistant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator with a background or interest in Technical Services. In this role, you’ll support the Technical Services team with general office duties, data entry, invoice processing, and purchasing consolidation.

To be considered in this role you must hold a valid Open Australian Drivers License (with the ability to convert to NT)

Key Duties

  • Provide day-to-day admin assistance to the Technical Services Team, including calls, records, and correspondence.
  • Manage maintenance requests, accommodation bookings, invoicing, payroll, and vehicle compliance.
  • Follow WHS protocols and complete required safety documentation and training.
