The Role:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our daily operations run smoothly while delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll be a key leader on the floor – guiding, motivating, and supporting a diverse team with warmth and professionalism. You’ll help uphold our service standards while embodying our commitment to hospitality with heart.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support front- and back-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service

Set up the restaurant based on bookings and guest needs

Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality, speed, and presentation standards

Assist with rosters, shift planning, and on-the-day coverage

Train and onboard new team members; support ongoing staff development

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Deliver full fine-dining style table service

Ensure RSA compliance and uphold all health and safety protocols

Coordinate and execute functions and events on site

Manage daily opening and closing procedures

Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
