The Role

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Candy Making Assistant to join our small team. This hands-on role involves assisting in various aspects of candy production and studio maintenance. No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for learning and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in candy-making processes under the guidance of our Master Candy Artisan

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the candy studio during and after production

· Package and label candy orders accurately and efficiently

· Prepare and book customer orders for shipment via Australia Post

· Support the creation of social media content showcasing our candy-making process

About You

· Is punctual, tidy, and hardworking

· Demonstrates strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

· Shows initiative and can work independently without constant supervision

· Thrives in a small, collaborative team environment

· Is eager to learn and take pride in producing high-quality, artisan products

· Is either a local of the Knox area and or has reliable transport to and from work.
