About the Role:
Our client is a global leader in packaging, recycling and logistics for a better world and has been in business for over 75 years.

Due to recent growth in the business, they are in need of experienced Machine Operators to join the team on a casual ongoing basis with a view to permanency.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 2:00pm - $33.59 per hour + superannuation

(Training will be approximately 2 months and be from 6:00am - 3:00pm)

Night Shift: Monday - Friday - 10:00pm - 6:00am - $41.14 per hour + superannuation

(Training will be approximately 2 months and be from 3:00pm - 1:00am)

Duties:

Lift and cut cardboard on a production line

Machine operation of a corrugator to ensure production continues to run

Perform quality check of products being produced

Calibrate machine settings as needs

General housekeeping of the warehouse

About You
You will be a reliable, enthusiastic, fit and a strong individual who is seeking long-term, full-time employment. You will have full availability to work full time hours.

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks

Positive attitude with the desire and ability to learn and establish a career in manufacturing

Proof of a stable, reliable work history with minimal to no days off

Ability to work a rotating roster

Immediate and full availability to work

Clean police record

Able to pass a drug and alcohol test as well as random onsite testing
