This national leader specialises in the design, manufacture, deployment, and maintenance of turnkey remote accommodation solutions. Supporting major construction, mining, and energy projects across Australia

About the role

WorkPac is seeking experienced Safety Advisors to support infrastructure and construction projects across multiple remote sites in WA and NSW. This FIFO role (2:1 roster) involves safety inspections, compliance oversight, and team engagement to uphold safety standards. The position includes both field and office-based work, with all flights, accommodation, meals, and transport provided. Fly-in options are available from major NSW, SA, or WA cities.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts, inspections, and safety audits

· Lead or assist with incident investigations using ICAM methodology

· Oversee plant and equipment onboarding, risk assessments, and JHAs

· Maintain QA documentation and site-specific SWMS and safety procedures

· Build strong site relationships to promote safety-first behaviours

· Support onboarding, induction, and compliance training activities

Skills and Experience Required

· Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)

· 4–5 years' experience in construction, mining or oil & gas sectors

· Experience working on Rio Tinto projects (highly desirable)

· Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and construction safety

· Confident in inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance

· ICAM accreditation (preferred)

· Current First Aid and 4WD driver training

· Able to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
