Our client, a global leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a passionate and proactive Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor (part time 0.4 FTE- FIFO) to join their growing team. As they expand their footprint across Australia’s power generation sites, they’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to building a strong safety culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Champion WHS compliance across multiple solar construction projects where our client acts as Principal Contractor.

Develop and implement risk assessments, and emergency response procedures tailored to each site.

Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.

Provide coaching and support to subcontractors and site teams, enhancing their safety capability and understanding.

Collaborate with project team, and HSE teams to ensure safety is embedded in every phase of delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in WHS advisory roles, ideally within construction or renewable energy sectors.

Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and contractor management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to travel to project sites across Australia.

Formal qualifications in WHS or related disciplines.
