MODA Sparkling is looking for a driven B2B sales professional to lead our growth across Queensland.
We are a small, agile team transforming how businesses serve still & sparkling water. We help hotels, hospitality venues, and workplaces replace single-use bottles with beautifully designed taps that deliver pure water on demand. We’re growing fast, driven by a passion for sustainability, service excellence and hitting ambitious targets together.
As State Sales Manager, you’ll own the territory, build pipelines, close deals, and bring a smarter, more sustainable water solution to hotels, venues, and workplaces. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you’ll set the pace and make things happen.
What you’ll be doing
Leading new business sales across Queensland, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Travelling regularly along the coastline and throughout the state to build pipelines and meet prospects face to face, with Brisbane as your primary market.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers to identify new opportunities and working with our service team to manage day-to-day support.
Learning the ins and outs of our products so you can confidently talk prospects and customers through how everything works.
Coordinating with local service technicians to schedule installations and ensure customers are set up smoothly.
Managing local stock, sometimes rolling up your sleeves to make sure equipment is where it needs to be.
Working independently to plan, execute, and grow the territory while collaborating with the broader MODA team.
What you’ll bring
A proven and current track record in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, equipment rental, or service-based solutions.
You like the thrill of the chase, even the taste of blood. You’re a closer.
Equally, you can employ a consultative sales process – and understand that’s there’s a time and place for this.
You like to prospect, and build new opportunities. Cold calling comes naturally.
The drive to work autonomously and the initiative to make things happen without waiting for instruction.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers.
A hands-on mindset – comfortable pitching, following up, and helping with practical tasks when needed.
Digital fluency – you’ll use CRM tools, e-signature software, and other systems daily.
Energy and the ability to deliver on ambitious targets.
