About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Facilities Information Officer to join our client’s Network Control Branch based in Keswick for a 12-month duration. This position is responsible for maintaining and reporting on network facilities data using a variety of digital systems and tools. The successful candidate will bring strong technical skills in data management, spatial systems, and facilities-related information.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, collate, process and report on network facilities data.
Maintain and update information in facilities management systems including transformers, public lighting, switching devices, substations, metering, cable licensing, and network drawings.
Extract and report spatial and facilities information using digital tools.
Prepare digital models and undertake spatial analysis.
Provide software, application, and data support to internal users.
Develop and maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Identify and report non-conformances and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, SAP, and interpreting feeder plans/single line diagrams.
Proven experience with facilities information systems and spatial data.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to support quality management processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and enhance technical capability.
