Our client is an area landmark new car dealership located on Sydney's North Shore. They are seeking to employ a Workshop Controller to take responsibility for the smooth work flow of the service department. The dealership offers career advancement opportunities and a strong income stream.

Applicants for this role must have previous experience as a franchised dealership Workshop Controller. You will be able to prioritise work, estimate completion times and police technicians throughout the day. Customer satisfaction and workshop profitability are both heavily dependant on how you handle this role. You will have drive, energy, organizational skills and you will be motivated by knowing that your efforts contribute to the success of the dealership.

Salary for the role is expected to consist of a retainer of $75k + generous commission structure which should see your OTE at $120k + super.
