💼 About the Role

As our Assistant Manager, you will:

Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service

Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver engaging and meaningful programs

Build positive and collaborative relationships with children, families, and school staff

Maintain compliance with the NQF, WHS, and all Active OOSH policies

Step confidently into the Service Manager role when required

Champion a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and fun

🌟 What We’re Looking For

Experience in OOSH or Early Childhood Education

A relevant qualification (or currently working towards one) – Cert III, Diploma, or higher

Natural leadership, initiative, and strong communication skills

Passion for play-based learning and child development

Confidence in managing bookings, routines, and staff workflows

Current WWCC, First Aid (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis), and Child Protection certification
