Jessie May’s Support Solutions delivers holistic, compassionate support to NDIS participants, Aged care participants, and private clients across Gippsland. We offer a broad range of services—including personal care, cleaning, community access, transport, social support, respite, overnight care, meal preparation, after-school and holiday support, and more. The Opportunity
We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers who are:

Qualified and confident in providing personal care (essential)

Willing and able to perform cleaning and domestic assistance (essential)

Excited to support clients across all our services, tailored to individual needs

Key Responsibilities

Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, mobility support)

Cleaning and domestic duties (house cleaning, laundry, meal prep, shopping)

Community access, transport, and social support

Respite and overnight care (as required)

School holiday and after-school support

Tailoring support to each client, upholding dignity and respect

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (essential)

Experience in both personal care and cleaning/domestic tasks (essential)

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Comprehensive Car Insurance (essential)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to empowering others

Flexibility for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday), occasional evenings/weekends

Willingness to travel to clients' throughout Baw Baw Shire and Latrobe Valley

Strong communication and teamwork

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rates: $32.88–$43.23 (casual)

Travel reimbursement (~99c/km)
