About the role
IntoWork Australia is seeking passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors (CSA) to join our contact centre in Adelaide, South Australia. As a CSA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to enquiries and providing high-quality support. This is a 38hr/week role, based in our Pulteney Street, Adelaide office.
Next induction batch starts 25th August, 2025
What you'll be doing
Provide prompt and professional handling of calls, webchat, and email enquiries
Working with a customer-centric approach, ensuring all touchpoints contribute to a positive customer experience.
Being resourceful to find information, navigate systems and business technology.
Process documentation, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
Achievement of KPIs, contributing to an effective, high-performing team.
What we're looking for
Passionate about customer service. Contact Centre experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Agile and adaptable.
Microsoft Office and CRM platforms and willingness to learn.
Positive approach to work with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and support.
